A Minnesota original celebrates 85 years
Approach

Old Dutch wanted its anniversary campaign to resonate with its well-established Midwest audience and draw in new consumers for its potato chip and popcorn lines. Risdall developed the theme and tagline, Generations of Taste Sensations, as a nod to both the longevity and forward-looking philosophy of the brand. We carried this throughout packaging, including limited-edition flavors, and incorporated the ideas into a strategic plan of promotions and events for Old Dutch to bring to life.

Solution

Our collaboration with Old Dutch resulted in communications programming recommendations to share the news about its anniversary and continued dedication to quality through attention-getting packaging and in-store displays, event sponsorships and social media promotions that can be carried out throughout their special 85th anniversary.
