Home Sweet Home

Beth was born and raised in the Twin Cities arena of Minnesota.
She graduated from Irondale High School in 2000, while also managing a small restaurant called the Pizza Factory. She decided to stick with the Pizza Factory in the small community, leaving her as the Executive Chef of the joint. “It was very hard, and very hot…” Her all-time favorite cheesy confection was the gourmet cheeseburger pizza.

The Stipulations of a Risdallian

Beth’s fanatic attention to detail helps to sort out the daily tasks of advertising shenanigans, while her managerial experience totes the demands of constantly being, well, demanded.

Proudest Moment

Sending her son, Erik, off to his first day of school.

In The Meantime…

  • Playing video games with her son – the infamous Mario Brothers and the newly acclaimed Monkey Ball.
  • Making time for her puppy, Benson… But Beth must prepare herself to be in the right state of mind to handle his annoying persona, no matter how cute he may be, “He’s too excited all of the time”.
  • Rocking out to her boyfriend’s band and his bass playing skills.
  • Stepping out into the wilderness to play a little Frisbee golf from time to time. She’s lost a few Frisbees, but nothing too emotionally damaging.
  • Traveling on occasion, she’s seen the oranges of Orlando, sang in the rain pouring from Seattle, and sanded the beaches of South Carolina.

What You Don’t Know

  • She could listen to Christmas music all year ‘round
  • Beth didn’t obtain her drivers license until the age of 19, “My friends just drove me around all the time”. Free chauffer business? Who wouldn’t second that?
  • She is a “notorious” member of the Bee Stingers Club
