Beyond leading the agency in designing processes, creating business and product models, and building brand strategies for products and businesses, Frank brought multi-projector slide shows into medical settings as an effective communications media. He also created a team that developed a series of interactive learning materials for survivors of traumatic brain injury.
In addition, Frank assembled a multi-disciplinary team that developed one of the Internet's first physician training programs used for physician certification. Finally, Frank has owned two businesses, both communications and marketing driven.
