Recently, Ted has been instrumental in having Risdall appointed as one of the first CAP (Creative Alliance Program) partners with AT&T. The goal of the partnership is to provide AT&T customers with the most advanced electronic commerce capabilities available for conducting business effectively on the World Wide Web. RAA will provide creative and programming services for AT&T WorldNet customers. Ted functioned as Media Director for his team, which won the competition. In 1991, he graduated cum laude from United States International University in San Diego with a degree in International Business Administration. He has also studied in Europe, Latin America and the Orient.
