Joined the agency in August 1994

Background:

Joyce was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, the middle child of three girls. She came to St. Paul in search of employment, and has been here ever since.

Work Experience:

Joyce has had a variety of experiences. She worked as a long distance operator for Northwestern Bell, as a time and motion study clerk for the Toni (now Gillette) Companies, in an optometrist's office, as a full-time mom, a church volunteer, and most recently, as the Gambling Manager for the New Brighton Chamber of Commerce. We snatched her from there, and she's been keeping us on the right track ever since.

Interests & Hobbies:

When her kids were in school, Joyce spent most of her free time involved in their school sports and activities. Now that they're both off to college, she looks forward to getting back to some of her own interests. Joyce enjoys sewing, golfing and traveling.

Personality Plus:

Joyce is pretty laid back and "normal" compared to some of the characters around here. But Joyce really enjoys a good laugh, and if something funny happens, you can hear her whole-hearted laugh all over the agency.
