Background:
Born and raised in Cedar Rapids, IA. Unlike most Midwesterners, however, she’s not used to white Christmases. When she was growing up, her family always went to Florida. Now her parents live in South Carolina and she loves to visit them even though she hates the drive.
Education:
Associate of Applied Science Degree in Visual Communication from Brown Institute in Minneapolis. Graduated with distinction, just to show up her brainy brother!
Work Experience:
“Too much retail!” But it got her out of Iowa.
Hobbies:
Samples and critiques as many restaurants as possible. The price, food and atmosphere at The Old Spaghetti Factory make it her current favorite. When she’s not out on the town, Erica is a homebody who loves to watch old 80’s movies “The goofier the better!”
Interests:
As soon as the ice melts she is outside, especially around water, as much as possible. Also a confirmed sun lover.
Ambitions:
To visit Europe. She's traveled around America just enough to whet her appetite. To take up the piano, again. Sing in a choir.Feel free to send Erica some mail.
