NEW BRIGHTON, MN - While most advertising agencies are announcing layoffs, Risdall Advertising announces two new employees. Heather O'Dea is an Account Executive from TMP Worldwide. Timothy Dillon is a Vice President / Account Supervisor. He has several years experience providing integrated marketing solutions for a wide variety of clients at iPaves and Dillon and Partners Advertising. RAA continues to add new clients as well, and solidifies its standing as one of the largest business-to-business advertising agencies in the United States.
